What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving.
Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end. The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.
The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices/ credit notes in agreed timeframe,
Process urgent invoices in agreed timeframe, Validate invoices, identify non-compliant invoices and send these back to required stakeholders, Understanding importance of business exceptions, rules and guidelines , Basic account knowledge, entry impact on supplier ledger – Invoice, Credit memo, discount capture., Raise query to internal business or supplier while parking the invoice using appropriate reason, Able to do Multiple follow ups on hold/park /stuck invoices as via emails or calls with relevant parties for driving resolution as per business guidelines , Ability to comprehend information available on invoice for country specific Tax/VAT guidelines , Ensure Invoice data is correctly captured in the ERP/workflow system, Process PO invoices following 2 way/ 3 way match, Process Non PO invoices following required approvals, Manage and follow up invoice exceptions, Perform quality check of invoices/ credit notes, Ensure all SLA and KPIs are met, Manage and ensure control on GRIR, vendor debit balances, direct debits, Invoice on holds etc., Keep documentation update, Manage periodic audit, Ensure compliance to policies and procedure, Ensure adequacy of process controls being in place
