Project Role :Application Designer Project Role Description : Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management Good to have skills : Servicenow Tools Administration Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification :Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related fieldKey Reponsibilities :Define functional scenarios for the solution Design solution components, Write the code for the solution, Configure, build, and test the solution, Fix any defects discovered in testing Create test cases for the solution, Participate in peer reviews, ensuring that the solution architecture, design, code and related work products satisfy the requirements, Validate the solution with the stakeholders to ensure that the solution satisfies the requirements , Complete all appropriate documentation requ
Technical Experience : Technical or business knowledge of ServiceNow solutions / Modules ,Experienced software developers ,C or JAVA but multiple language background preferred, JavaScript development , Debugging skills with Visual Studio or Eclipse, Ability to discuss and implement common coding patterns, Understanding of client / server and web paradigms, Knowledge of AJAX functionality Understanding of SOAP / REST protocols, Familiarity with web debugging tools, SoapUI ,chrome/F12,Basic relational database prgramminProfessional Attributes : Multiple SN certifications, including CSA, Implementation Specialist, Service Portal, ITSM or ITSM Pro 3 years experience across a variety of SN modules, including scoped applications Exceptional presentation and written communications Experience or exposure to Auto-Test Pro Previous Corporate FunctMandatory : Certified ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals Optional Certified ServiceNow ITOM / GRC, ITAM
