Job responsibilities – 4-5 key deliverables, specify Area/ territory to be managed, if applicable 1. Ensuring monthly books closure & preparation of monthly MIS report (PL & BS).2. Finalization of Quarterly Standalone Unaudited Financial Results & Annual Standalone Financial Statements for 2 listed entities as per Ind AS and SEBI LODR requirement.3. Handling audit queries during quarterly limited reviews, annual statutory audits, internal audit and ICFR testing of FSCP process.4. Performing Going concern assessment, impairment testing assessment for investment in subsidiaries / JV / PPE / ICD given, NBFC & CIC assessment, coordinating actuarial valuation.5.
