• Provide support for the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to production systems and services and provide timely resolution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Primary Skill: Strong experience in Security Governance.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience in Security Compliance Management.
• Experience in supporting and managing delivery for production systems and services.
• Experience in identifying and troubleshooting issues related to production systems and services.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of production systems and services.
