Purpose of the Job:
 •  Drive Sales Volume and revenue growth profitably.
 •  Coach the frontline team and manage Distributor Business Representatives (DBRs) effectively.
  2.  Key Accountabilities:
 •  Achieve sales volume targets by developing the market in the assigned territory Monthly and Annually
 •  Increase W.O.D (Width of Distribution)Monthly and Annually
 •  Drive sales volumes of Focus of the Month (FMO) products and increase Unique SKU count in outlets.
 •  Manage all kind of marketing activities instructed by the Head Office.
 •  Monitor competitor activity and counter strategies to increase market share.
 •  Regularly monitor stock levels at distributors and troubleshoot issues.
 •  Ensure adherence to processes and cost control.
 •  Develop and support the sales team, identify key talents, and nurture them.
 •  Drive innovation and leverage technology to achieve business objectives.
  3.  Education & Experience:
 •  Full-time MBA from a reputed Management Institute.
 •  Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry.
 •  Well Geographical Knowledge of their territory where they are appointed.
  4.  Skills Required:
 •  Functional Skills:
 •  Communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all levels.
 •  Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
 •  Strong business sense and industry expertise.
 •  Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
 •  Should have experience in marketing activities.
 •  Good Knowledge of MS office suite
 •  Preparing a daily report for your reporting boss requires clear communication and concise summarization of your activities and achievements
