We Have right opportunity for you to apply, India's most valuable brand is urgently looking for a Team Leader. The role holder will primarily plan and implement the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned sales to deal exclusively with Team.
Roles & Responsibility :
• Responsible for build up your team by using your self-network.
• You have to train and motivate them for sales.
• Joint field work along with Your Team.
• Coordinate for the regulatory trainings.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly Business meetings.
• Income and Goal setting exercise for the month.
• Maintain healthy relationship with customers and distributors.
• Work on opportunity of cross sell and upsell.
• Focused effort to drive renewal premium collection
Selection Criteria:
• Graduation Degree mandatory
• 1 yrs to 3 yrs of experience as Sales & Marketing/BFSI
• Not for part-time
• Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in Company.
• Firm believer of fostering relationship at all levels to achieve business objectives.
