• Role: Executive Assistant Intern
• FRESHERS ONLY(Recent College Passouts) Location: Balewadi, Pune Job Type: Full Time Internship CTC: Applicable after 2 Months of unpaid Training & Internship.CTC Starting from third month: 1.5 Lakhs per Annum.Responsibilities:• Assist the executive team with daily tasks and projects• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements• Conduct research and data entry tasks as needed for software development• Maintain organized files and databases• Assist with special projects and initiatives• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive team• Provide general administrative support to the team• Develop and maintain spreadsheets and presentationsCalendar management for executivesAid executive in preparing for meetingsResponding to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesDraft slides, meeting notes and documents for executivesThe ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives.
They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
