Join Xplorbuzz as a Telesales Senior Associate in International Outbound Sales
At Xplorbuzz, we're expanding our team and looking for a motivated Telesales Senior Associate to help propel our International Outbound Sales to new heights. If you have a talent for sales, a passion for IT services, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Role:
• Engage actively in outbound sales calls to our B2B clients, showcasing our cutting-edge IT services.
• Develop and qualify new leads, using our advanced in-house platforms.
• Schedule and conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of prospects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet them.
• Work towards and surpass personal and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in International Tele Sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, CaaS, and CRM platforms.
• A resourceful, challenge-driven individual who thrives in a start-up environment.
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary.
