Summary:
As a Mobilization Representative with 5 years of experience in Service Transition, you will be responsible for providing support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience.
Your typical day will involve executing and tracking issue identification and resolution, maintaining customer relationships, and participating in solution architecture planning activities through the transition of work to ensure that Accenture is able to begin delivering on the outsourcing engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contribute specialized knowledge and experience to support solution realization and service transition activities.
• Execute and track issue identification and resolution, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service transition process.
• Participate in solution architecture planning activities to ensure successful transition of work and delivery of outsourcing engagement.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Experience in Service Transition.
• Good To Have Skills: Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design, Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Transition.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in program and project management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful service transition projects.
• This position is based at our Jaipur office.
