Location - East, West,North,South,North East zone - This role includes 60% of Travelling in North east and rest would be work from home.
JD - Create, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviews
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
To develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing Team
To execute and drive brand values and philosophy...
