Job Description:
• The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate & present effectively to a potential Business Partner
• The candidate will be responsible for brand building & marketing impacting enrolments targets
• To be responsible for the opening of new Centers (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets in India
• Works as a Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise academic centers
• Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same and BP meets/Conclave
• Ensuring academic processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards
• To identify and develop investors for new franchises
• Must have done Franchise Selling ( Franchisee Development) for minimum 2 years
• Experience in Education Sales is preferred
• Will be responsible for achieving Business Targets for the particular region and maintain the P/L of the region
• Will be responsible for undertaking all Admin, Marketing, Banking of Collections, Payment Collection, Operations and Academic Control of the region allotted
• Timely report to the immediate Supervisor and H
• O for all types of MIS
• Must be fluent in English
• Should be open to High level of traveling in the allotted region
