Our Gurgaon based client is an affordable housing finance provider to middle and lower income families. It also offers secured business loans to MSMEs. Registered with the National Housing Bank (NHB), this company operates through close to 90 branches in seven states across North and Central India, and has a fully digitised loan approval and disbursal system.
• Set up in 2016, it has already disbursed around 25,000 loans, for home purchases, construction, repairs and renovations, loans against property, and business loans.
• Founded by an IIMA alumnus, this company has raised almost $100M in funding till date.
• As a AM - Marketing & Distribution, you will be responsible for conceptualizing & developing marketing strategy for the region/ branches.
What you will do :
• Planning and executing BTL & ATL marketing activities at state & branch level
• Regularly coordinating & organizing customer & vendor engagement initiatives
• Conceptualizing, planning & executing marketing campaigns in coordination with State & HUB Business Head to achieve business objectives
• Liaising with marketing agencies, ad agencies, local media in driving the marketing initiatives
• Constantly tracking marketing activities of competition at branch & state level and implementing best practices
• Conceptualizing & driving lead generation campaigns through new mediums (online aggregators/new data source/tie ups etc.)
• Creating adequate visibility of the company through branding in company's branch locations
• Continuous tracking & monitoring of various marketing activities and creating a cost benefit analysis for each marketing medium on a monthly basis
• Regular travelling to company locations for driving marketing engagement activities
• Developing and tracking channel partners
• Developing distribution channels in branch locations
• Exploring and identifying new sourcing avenues and channels to increase business volumes
• Tie ups with local trade and market associations to generate leads
• Tie ups with affordable housing builders for business generation
• Corporate Alliances for lead generations
• Training & development of relevant resources under Marketing & Distribution domain with help of HR
What you need to have :
• Marketing/ Distribution experience of 6 - 8 years
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of conventional and digitized marketing tools
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
