Textile and Fashion Designer

Dzukou is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Textile and Fashion Designer to join our team. As a Textile and Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative textile patterns and fashion concepts that align with our brand identity and market trends.
You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to bring your ideas to life and ensure the successful execution of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, excellent design skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
• Develop and create textile designs, patterns, and prints that reflect our brand identity
• Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, colors, and materials
• Create and present design concepts to internal teams for approval and feedback
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of textile designs
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to source and select materials
• Manage and maintain a library of design samples, swatches, and reference materials
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new design opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, textile design, or a related field
• Proven experience in textile and fashion design, preferably in a similar industry
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and techniques
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends, colors, and materials
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
