Job description:Should Plant Maintenance and fabrication knowledge.Plant supervisor job description duties include managing employees, tending to payroll, overseeing plant projects and ensuring that teams meet production projections. These professionals are also responsible for troubleshooting problems, resolving conflict and identifying plant workers for promotion.
Employee training is another vital part of this role, as new hires come on board and need to be shown the ropes.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 10 years experience is must. Distillery plant experience preferred.
