Duties & Responsibilities:
 •  Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, managing office supplies, etc.Take messages on the telephone correctly and route it to the correct person. Assisting the HR department in office events. Scheduling meetings, coordinating with the employees, and arranging refreshments and other necessities amenities. Hiring/Recruiting Office boys, housekeeping staffs. Managing and monitoring office boys & housekeeping staff for daily activities.
Maintaining proper entries in Registers at the front
 •  desk for all the in/out communications.
 •  Ensuring all employees are punching in/out timings correctly.
 •  Must have total understanding of the admin cum front office procedures.

Inventory management of stationary & computer/laptop peripherals.

Issuing of laptop, dongle etc.
to employees when required.

Skill requirements:
 •  Decent Communication & administrative/Front office management skills.
 •  Basic Knowledge of MS-Office and Excel.
