Responsibility :
Drive profitable growth of the area and achieve business results for sales Segment in India as per the Business Plan & Score Card.
• Pricing negotiation as per company guideline for products to OEM customers
• Planning and forecasting of products to be sold in coming quarters
• Appointment of right distributor
• Strategy to target customers.
Skills & Competencies
1. Knowledge of Bearings
2. Good technical knowledge
3. Knowledge of OEM customer and Distributors base in Assigned territory.
4. Good communication skills
5. Team Player
6. Knowledge of Segments like Textile , Steel , Cement , Power ,Paper & Pulp , Food& Beverages , Agriculture ,Material handling , Pump & Motors , Drives , Gear boxes ...etc
