Minimum 1 year experience in milk / dairy sector , Preferably working in Milk Chilling Center.The incumbent is responsible for conducting microbiological tests.Quality Assurance in Raw Milk, Processing, Finished Goods , Purchases, Plant Hygiene.Collecting and preparing samples for analysis, including any necessary media and solutions required to perform examination or analyses.Performing laboratory testing procedures such as bacteriological and chemical analyses of groundwater, recreational water, food, milk and milk product samples.Performing Quality Controls (QC) measures and following Quality Assurance (QA) procedures to enhance and evaluate data quality.Operating and maintaining analytical equipment and lab supplies.Performing data collection, research, analysis and interpretation in association with laboratory programs.Assisting with the management of environmental data and laboratory records to maintain required certifications and report results.Contributing to performance measurement and process improvement to improve quality.Assisting in the promotion and development of laboratory programs by:
• pursuing grants, assessing community needs, collaborating with internal and external partners, and providing education and community outreach related to laboratory programs.Performing other related duties in the laboratory and environmental health field as assigned/required, including serving as personnel back
