Job holder needs to manage an outbound team across various Banking products.
• Outbound Team will be in partner payroll.
• Job holder expected to manage around 150 member team with the support of 5-7 Team Leaders.
• Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell, Cost to Income, profitability and growth of channel.
• Train and Manage team of 150+ strong tele callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank.
