Understand what the customer wants from the product or service, and help them get easier solutions to their unique pain points. Determine the price and contract for products or services.To spot newer sales opportunities that align with the business, they must be updated with evolving market trends and know the current demands of the potential customers.They should be capable of establishing great customer/client relationships and supporting them every step of the way when the customer is unsure of the product or service.Automate the sales cycle, document, and report with CRM software such as Salesforce or Oracle, and MS Office.
