• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to senior management and other departments.
• Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with the company's operations.
• Oversee litigation matters and coordinate with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the Technology & Telecoms sector and advise on their impact.
• Develop and implement legal processes and policies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Counsel should have:

• A degree in law from a recognized institution and eligibility to practice in India.
• Proven experience in handling legal matters within the Technology & Telecoms industry, particularly in the Software sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience in managing and leading legal teams is a plus.
