Role Overview
We are looking for a Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), P&L Management, Balance Sheet Analysis, Fundraising, Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, and Strategic Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- P&L and Balance Sheet preparation and analysis
- Cash flow planning and working capital management
- Financial modeling and business performance reporting
- Fundraising activities (Debt, Equity, Working Capital, VC funding)
- Investor presentations, pitch decks, and valuation support
- Coordination with banks, NBFCs, lenders, and investors
- ROI analysis, profitability analysis, and business planning
- Financial reporting, compliance, and audit support
- Leadership reporting and management presentations
Requirements
Required Skills- Strong understanding of Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis
- Expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet Analysis, and Financial Modeling
- Fundraising and Investor Relations exposure preferred
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Investor Relations / Strategic Finance
- Startup or fundraising experience preferred
- Strong ownership mindset with strategic thinking ability
