• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passenger information
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and secure airport environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
