Preferred Qualification & Experience:

Candidates with a degree or diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred. Prior experience in Food & Beverage service and Front Desk operations will be an added advantage. The candidate should have good communication skills, professional grooming, and basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

● Deliver comprehensive training sessions on hospitality skills tailored for the aviation industry.

● Guide students in customer service, grooming, etiquette, and communication skills to meet industry standards.

● Develop and update training modules and materials per the latest hospitality and aviation trends.

● Conduct practical sessions, role-plays, and assessments to enhance student learning.

● Monitor and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

● Create a professional, engaging, and positive learning environment.

● Support students in preparing for interviews and placements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

● Prior experience in the hospitality or aviation industry is a must.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

● Ability to motivate and inspire students to excel in their careers.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
