• Greet passengers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome
• Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and other pre-flight procedures
• Provide information on flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities
• Escort passengers to their designated departure gates
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth flow of passengers
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
