Job Description: We are currently seeking both freshers and experienced individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground handling team, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring the smooth operation of airport services.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage allowances, and airport procedures
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled passengers
• Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with airport regulations
• Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure timely and efficient flight operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team Requirements:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when required
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
• Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
