Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff.

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate hiring.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas
• Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading from aircraft
• Perform security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with flight crew and ground control to ensure timely departures and arrivals
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and surrounding areas
• Assist with special services such as wheelchair assistance and VIP handling
• Collaborate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications and Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
