Compliance Manager (Freelancer)

Based in SF and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.

As a Compliance Manager you will lead the company's compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards while mitigating legal and regulatory risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement effective compliance training programs.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance and identify risk areas.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership on regulatory changes and potential impacts.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documents.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Experience in compliance management or legal advisory roles.
• Excellent communication and risk management skills.
• Degree in Law, Business, or related field.

• Work on high-impact projects that contribute to building AI for Good.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers and domain experts from IITs, NITs, and BITS.
• Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

NOTE: This will be a flexible freelancing opportunity. Pay will vary by project and typically is up to ₹1500 per hour.
