As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safety and security of all passengers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
2. Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and handle baggage. 3. Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures. 4. Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. 6. Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights. 7. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: 1. Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. 3. Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
