As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers at the airport, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their travel experience.

• Greet and welcome passengers at the airport
• Check-in passengers and their luggage
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during the check-in and boarding process
• Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
