Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager for Rest of Maharashtra region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand business in assigned area.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably from mattress industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Candidate from mattress trade/industry will get more preference.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any bachelor or MBA in Marketing or related field.
- Knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
