Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Incident Manager L2 with a strong background in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in IT incident management, with a proven track record in Major Incident Management (MIM).The candidate should be adept at driving incident calls and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
Incident Management:
- Lead the response to major incidents (MIM) and ensure effective coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
- Drive incident calls, providing clear direction and updates to all involved parties.
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to troubleshoot incidents.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document incident details, actions taken, and resolutions in the incident management system.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Conduct root cause analysis for major incidents and ensure that corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
