You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
• Handle passenger baggage and ensure it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures and ensure a timely departure
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
• Coordinate with other ground staff and flight crew to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights
• Handle any unexpected situations or delays in a calm and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at the airport
• Communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues to ensure a positive and pleasant travel experience for all Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage if needed
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations is a plus
