Annual Salary: 7-8 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified, motivated CA Fresher to join our finance and compliance team. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting, taxation, audit support, and compliance-related activities while gaining hands-on exposure in a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Handle direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST compliance)
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and filings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
• Support in ROC filings, company incorporation, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with clients for financial data and queries

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
• Good understanding of GST, Income Tax, and ROC filings
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software
• Basic understanding of startup compliance and financial advisory
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
