Job Description – Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years

We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably from a CA firm, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, team-handling experience, and the ability to independently manage assignments and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and review taxation, audit, compliance, accounting, and advisory assignments
• Manage and lead a team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables
• Coordinate with clients and provide professional support on financial and compliance matters
• Review financial statements, statutory compliances, and internal processes
• Ensure timely execution of assignments with accuracy and quality standards
• Guide and mentor team members to improve efficiency and performance

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm
• Prior team-handling experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audit, ROC, compliance, and financial reporting
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines
