Your role- We are looking for SOC Delivery Manager with 9–15 years of hands-on expertise in SOC operations and service delivery for Pan India location.
- Lead the delivery of day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains.
- Ensure adherence to contractual deliverables, SLAs, and service quality targets.
- Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams.
- Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control and visibility.
- Participate in SOC project and technology discussions with a focus on operational flow and performance impact.
- Drive service improvement and automation initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.
- Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and change requests within scope
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.
- Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.
- Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Broad knowledge across cybersecurity domains; deep technical expertise not required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
