Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management (40%)- Plan, estimate, schedule, and allocate tasks to ensure flawless project execution.
- Provide domain and technical leadership, sharing your expertise and encouraging a culture of knowledge management.
- Manage relationships with partners and ensure their happiness with our services.
- Establish and continually improve project management processes, including risk management, communication, and defect management.
- Generate and analyze metrics, providing regular status reports to collaborators.
- Coordinate staffing, onboarding, skill-building, and backup planning to ensure a strong and capable team.
- Drive employee happiness through mentoring, appraisals, and feedback.
- Participate in organizational initiatives and activities that promote growth and development.
- Strong estimation, people management, and risk leadership skills.
- Adequate technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in building patterns and complex application development.
- Deep experience in implementing AI methodologies to streamline processes and reduce TAT.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, XSLT, and related frontend technologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Core Java, J2EE, and experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with frameworks like JSF/Spring and markup languages like XML/JSON.
- Extensive experience with AWS and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
- Understanding of database concepts and SQL (using RDBMS like DB2/Oracle).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:
Know-How/Skill Sets:
Education: GraduateBachelors degree (any stream) .
Experience: 8 years of IT application development experience with 1 years as Project lead/Assistant Project Manager is recommended . Experience is not a constraint for the right candidate.
Skill:
Strong estimations skills, excellent people management skills, strong risk management skills, adequate technical knowledge and problem solving, crisp communication and time management skills required. Must have good interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
