Delivery Manager – Pharma Digital Manufacturing

Experience - 16 to 20 Yrs

• Strong Delivery Management experience in Pharma related projects – Ensure Delivery Rigor, Track Project Plans, mitigate Risks, Change Management, Publishing WSR, Conduct QBR, Team management
• Experience of executing projects across different functional areas in Production Management, Quality Management, Inventory Management, Material Management, Energy Management, Supply chain – Demand Forecasting & Planning, Traceability
• Lead End to End Manufacturing IT Systems implementation & support (Due diligence, design & development, pilot, and rollout across multiple factories hypercare)
• Worked on SDLC, Agile and Scrum, AI adoption in Delivery
• Financial management - Contracts Management, revenue, cost management, maintain finance KPIs
• Strong experience deploying solutions for Pharma industry. Knows the production process and has shop floor experience.
• Awareness of elements specific to project delivery in Pharma, like CSV, GMP and regulations related to AI in Pharma MFG.
• Experience in IT services, system integration / consulting
• Strong client-facing, leadership skills, and G&T mindset
• Global Delivery Owner for multiple Manufacturing IT programs for 1 or more Pharma customers.
• Understand Customer's Business Process, Production Process, their roadmap and strategies to address customer requirements/ pain areas proactively
• Understand the AS-IS application landscape, recommended solution and bring Thought Leadership and AI intervention to improve customers KPIs in manufacturing
• Own end-to-end program delivery (scope, schedule, budget, quality), client engagement (Act as primary interface with customer), Operations, capacity & capability management
• Lead Project managers, functional, technical team to deliver the program objectives.
• Scale the talent pool and execute continuous upgrade of competencies across the pool per program needs and evolving needs towards growth.
• Manage delivery governance and rigor, maintain Go Green Plan, risks, change requests, and escalations
• Proper status reporting to internal and customer stakeholders
• Adopt AI for faster ROI and value realization
• Contract Management
• Resource Management
• Regularly visit key customers and factories globally with sales and solution directors to evaluate solution adoption and to survey and ensure customer satisfaction
• Owning the growth and transformation & AI led Manufacturing initiatives
• Certification in Program Management
• Strategic and program leadership with sharp oral and written communication
• Presentation skills
• Cross functional stakeholder management skills (Customer IT/Business/OEM Vendors etc.,)
