About The Role

As Store Manager at ibaby's Punjabi Bagh outlet, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience at our 7,000 sq. ft. premium store. You will lead your team, manage daily operations, drive sales targets, and uphold ibaby's brand promise of trust, quality, and care for every parent who walks through our doors.

• Oversee all day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, staff scheduling, and floor management
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver a warm, knowledgeable, parent-first service experience
• Drive store sales targets and KPIs including footfall conversion, average transaction value, and upselling
• Manage inventory — stock replenishment, cycle counts, and coordination with the warehouse/buying team
• Ensure visual merchandising standards and store aesthetics are consistently maintained
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations with empathy and resolution-focus
• Coordinate with the marketing team for in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns
• Maintain accurate cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and store SOPs

• 3–5 years of retail management experience; experience in premium or baby/kids retail preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a frontline retail team
• Strong sales orientation with experience managing store-level targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic inventory management
• Empathetic, patient, and capable of building strong relationships with parents and caregivers
• Graduate in any discipline; retail management certification is a plus

• Prior experience managing a large-format retail store (5,000+ sq. ft.)
• Familiarity with premium baby or children's product categories
