Qualification:

• BE Chemical, BE in Paints/Polymer, MBA, or relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B and B2C sales for the paints and specialty chemicals division.
• Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enhance market penetration.
• Lead and supervise a team, ensuring high performance and achieving targets.
• Build a strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales within the paints or specialty chemicals sector.
• Proven track record of team handling and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
