Inside Sales Executive – Recruitment Services

Sone India is looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our recruitment services. This remote position is ideal for someone with a passion for sales, a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, and the ability to build lasting client relationships by identifying potential business leads, pitching recruitment solutions, and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and service presentations.
  • Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
  • Maintain a detailed record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
