• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their luggage
• Provide excellent customer service and support to travelers
• Handle baggage claims and lost luggage inquiries
• Coordinate with airline staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the airport terminal
• Assist with emergency procedures when necessary

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• Basic computer skills for check-in systems
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
