• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
• Check and verify passengers' tickets and travel documents
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the flight
• Conduct pre-flight checks and assist with the boarding process
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when necessary
• Fluent in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Valid passport and able to obtain necessary travel documents and visas
