Your Role- Manage day‑to‑day service delivery operations ensuring stability, SLA adherence, and high service availability.
- Lead incident and problem management, including root‑cause analysis, PIRs, and preventive actions.
- Act as the primary escalation and communication point for customers and leadership.
- Govern service performance through KPIs, dashboards, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate across cross‑functional teams and guide operational priorities, workload, and readiness.
- 14-16 years overaall experience needed.
- Primary skill: Experience in SAP or S4 HANA
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Continuity).
- Ability to interpret SLAs/KPIs, analyze operational metrics, and drive performance improvements.
- Proficiency with service monitoring and ticketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
- Strong analytical, reporting, decision‑making, and team‑coordination capabilities.
