Hiring for India's most trusted Lighting company which provide a complete range of commercial-grade outdoor lighting solutions designed to suit multiple applications. Having a turnover of 8000 crore. The role involves Retail Sales, Dealers & Distributors Network & Channel Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales, Dealers, street light, commercial lighting, architectural lighting, pole lights, projectors, bollards, poles, post tops, floor recessed lights, wall recessed lights. Manage channel sales for professional and architectural lighting across commercial, institutional, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer, Distributors, contractors, and electrical consultants.
• Identify upcoming projects, prepare project funnels, and ensure spec-in and conversion.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers, distributors, and system integrators in the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales, achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lighting designs, BOQs, approvals, and order execution.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with influencers and customers.
• Monitor market activities, competitor movements, pricing trends, and submit regular MIS reports.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
