Planning Manager (Site)

Job Description:
At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry.We are looking for a talented Planning Manager (Site) to join our dedicated team at our office in Vikhroli, Mumbai.
Position Responsibilities- Preparing baseline schedule.
- Prepare and maintain an integrated project schedule, including monthly updates.
- Updating and monitoring project schedules weekly.
- Evaluating project performance by critical path management.
- Generating weekly & monthly progress reports (bar chart, S-curve, etc.).
- Managing project schedule & budget in coordination with the site team.
- Managing contractors' RA bills.
- Managing contractors and subcontractors' work.
- Support Project Executive, Project Manager, and Construction Manager/ Project Engineer during the construction phase.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical.
- Certificate in MSP.
