HR Recruiter Function Build Companies with Us Job Description Who you are/: Use a variety of multi/-channel ecosystems, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, industry networks, employee referrals, and social sourcing channels, to find, draw in, and engage both passive and active top/-tier experts.
Work together with technical managers and department heads to analyze new job requisitions, developing a strong consensus on the target industries, optimal assessment criteria, and necessary applicant capabilities. Parse, evaluate, and filter incoming applications.
Perform highly structured preliminary phone and video screenings to confirm candidates' technical proficiency, professional aspirations, and cultural fit. Ensure a smooth, high/-touch, and professional candidate experience across the assessment loops by planning, scheduling, and orchestrating multi/-stage panel interviews across several time zones.
