We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategist to fully own and drive the growth of our digital presence and brand. This position demands a well-rounded expertise in strategy, visual design, content guidance, and performance analysis.

The perfect candidate will possess a keen eye for visuals, an in-depth knowledge of content trends, and the capability to lead and manage a creative team comprising designers, video editors, and content creators.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement social media and digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Promote brand expansion across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Convert business goals into effective campaigns and content strategies.
  • Oversee content planning with an emphasis on reels, videos, trend-inspired content, and storytelling techniques.
  • Provide guidance for scripts, captions, hooks, and messaging for campaigns.
  • Maintain strong visual appeal and brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Manage and execute Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest enhancements based on data insights.
  • Evaluate social media analytics and key campaign performance indicators.
  • Optimize social media profiles to increase visibility and user engagement.
  • Lead and supervise a creative team of 5–6 members, including designers, video editors, and content creators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth management and execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Oversee community engagement efforts and maintain an active, loyal audience base.
Who You Are
  • Possess 3–5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Have a strong grasp of social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategy development.
  • Familiar with Meta Ads platforms and analytics tools.
  • Exhibit excellent visual aesthetics sense and skills in visual storytelling.
  • Experienced in creating scripts, captions, and developing campaign ideas.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and effective execution skills.
  • Capable of managing and mentoring a creative team.
  • Experience with wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is highly desirable.
