Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Role Summary

We are hiring a BPO Recruiter with proven experience in bulk / volume hiring. This role is focused on speed, consistency, and closures, managing high-volume hiring requirements for voice and non-voice processes.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / call center roles
• Manage bulk / volume hiring through job portals, walk-ins, and internal databases
• Ensure daily candidate line-ups and closures as per hiring targets
• Conduct initial screening (communication, role fit, shift readiness)
• Drive offer rollout and joining conversion
• Maintain a consistent candidate pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demand
• Coordinate with internal teams for interviews and feedback closure

• Graduate or +2 with relevant BPO hiring experience
• Proven track record in bulk / mass hiring environments
• Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

• Experience in walk-in drives / ramp hiring
• Exposure to vendor hiring or consultancy hiring models
• Strong understanding of offer-to-joining ratio management

• Consistent daily closures and joining ratios
• Ability to maintain pipeline under pressure
• Fast turnaround time (TAT) on open positions

This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on BPO / volume hiring experience.
