Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect based in Chennai. The Project Architect will oversee architectural design from concept to completion, manage project deadlines, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure project objectives are met within scope and budget.Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, and incorporating sustainable practices like LEED principles into designs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and will involve leadership in the execution of architectural projects.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in Architecture and proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Experience in managing and reviewing Submittals during different project phases
- Understanding and application of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles
- Competence in overseeing Project Management tasks, including coordination, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related discipline
- Experience with on-site project coordination is an advantage
