About Our Client

Job Description- Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the life sciences department.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts.
- Monitor client feedback and address any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand partnerships with pharmaceutical companies
- Capture business development leads and stakeholder insights in CRM systems and present monthly reports with clear KPIs
- Develop, support, and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand local market shifts and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and, when needed, engage hospitals, providers, and distributors.
- Work closely with the Chief Business Officer and Business Excellence Team to provide market insights and support strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking forums.
